Recommended daily intake: For adults and children over 1 year, 1 capsule daily during meals, preferably at breakfast. Take every day of the antibiotic treatment and for several days after, or until the pack runs out. It can also be taken for a longer period of time.

Daily intake provides (1 capsule): 4.5 billion (4.5x10 ⁹ ) live cultures.

How to use: Swallow the capsule whole with enough liquid. For anyone unable to swallow capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with cold food or drink.
