Returns and Exchange Policy
We are glad to offer a refund or exchange of any unwanted item within 15 days of the delivered item. If 15 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it, with any seals untouched and unopened. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are of an intimate nature.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items
- Downloadable software products
- Selected health and personal care items
